Pagos
Las clases se pagan siempre por adelantado. Habla con ellas admite pagos a través de transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito o débito Visa, American Express y MasterCard y a través de Paypal, Stripe y Alipay.
Nuestros paquetes de 5, 10 y 15 clases tienen una validez de seis meses después de la confirmación de la compra.
Cancelaciones y devoluciones
Si por cualquier motivo el usuario desea cancelar la compra antes de haber utilizado estos productos, se le devolverá íntegro el importe abonado sin coste alguno de penalización ni de ningún otro tipo.
Si el usuario cancela una clase reservada notificándolo con al menos 24 horas de antelación a través de un correo electrónico a la dirección hola@hablaespanolconellas.com, se anulará dicha reserva y el usuario podrá disfrutar de esa clase en otro momento sin ningún tipo de coste extra ni penalización. Si la cancelación de una clase se produce durante las 24 horas anteriores al momento en el que estaba reservada o si el usuario no se presenta a la hora convenida, se considerará que la clase ha sido impartida y no se devolverá el importe correspondiente.
En caso de que haya problema técnico que impida que el estudiante reciba su clase que sea responsabilidad de Habla con ellas, Habla con ellas se compromete a cambiar sin ningún coste adicional la fecha y la hora de la clase. Si el problema técnico es responsabilidad del estudiante, se considerará la clase como impartida.
Terms And Conditions
Payment
The lessons are paid for in advance. Payment for classes is via bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe and Alipay.
The expiry time of our packages (5, 10 or 15 classes) is 6 months after the confirmation of the purchase.
Cancellations and refunds
If, for any reason, the student wishes to cancel the purchase before using these packages, he/she will be refunded in full without any penalty or other cost.
The student or company hiring the services will be able to change the time or date of the class up to 24 hours after (Spanish timing). In order to do this, they will have to get in contact with Habla con ellas in written form on the email hola@hablaespanolconellas.com, and they will have to inform of the problem. Habla con ellas and the student or company hiring the services will set by mutual agreement a different time and date for the class. If the student didn’t attend the class or didn’t inform Habla con ellas via email hola@hablaespanolconellas.com of his/her wish to change the class date in the following 24 hours, the student will lose the right to have the class and Habla con ellas will have no obligation to give a refund for the class.
If there was a technical problem which stops the student from having his/her Spanish class and which depends on Habla con ellas, Habla con ellas will offer the student or company hiring the services the possibility of retaking the class at a different date. If the technical problem depends on the student, the lesson will be considered as taught.
